according to my research, which very well could be wrong, municipal code 36-106 is "Pedestrians shall move, whenever practicable, upon the right half of crosswalks."

That sounds pretty unbadass.

This is a lot better and is in refers to the mini-pig problem in Omaha.

Sec. 6-301. Number and size restrictions.
It shall be unlawful for any person to own, keep, or harbor at any time more than one mini-pig per residential or dwelling unit within the city limits or in the area within three miles of the city limits. Further, it shall be unlawful for any person to own, keep or harbor any mini-pig reaching a size greater than 100 pounds in weight and/or 22 inches in height within the city limits or in the area within three miles of the city limits.

There is a mini-pig problem in Omaha? What are mini-pigs? Are they making designer pigs now? My neighbor has a pig and it isn't mini; Eugene doesn't seem to have a municipal code regarding pigs, of any size, that are pets, as far as I can tell. Do these mini-pigs grow up or do they remain the same size, or do you eat them before the have the option of growing into adult pigs?

mini-pigs are running fucking wild in the streets. i keep having to shoo them away from my birdfeeders. i'm pretty sure they are hybridizing w/ grackles too. shit is fucked up.

that's actually a teacup pig. minis are a bit bigger and are able to shoot something like 3000 rounds per minute. it's fucking insane.

That is just about the cutest thing I've ever seen. Why can't Omaha have a teacup pig problem? That'd be just great, until they bring all their drug trafficking with them. Wait, that'd still be just great.
