There is a "for rent" sign in the yard of the Dewey Street Mansion. I recall more than one person saying that if that place was ever available again we'd snap it up. So, who wants to regress a bit and get some bros, brews, Ciccarones, and a burned copy of "Feels" together to trash another beautiful old house? Conveniently located within walking distance of the Labyrinth and Baby House. Unemployment encouraged.

i want in on this. living alone has its benefits (ie. no one tells me how much to drink), but i am sick of it. i need to be living with a bunch of dudes who consume copious amounts of alcohol and drugs.
replyfuck yeah.

The advantages of living in a sun room. No need to go outside to sun tan.
